Working Principle of Vertical Compound Crusher

The vertical compound crusher is a high-efficiency crushing equipment. Its working principle is to put the material into the crushing chamber and impact, shear and grind the material through the high-speed rotating cutter disc. The crushing chamber of the equipment consists of two asymmetrical cutter discs, one above and one below. There is a rotating shaft in the center of the upper cutter disc, and the blades at the lower part are offset from the upper cutter disc. After the material is put into the crushing chamber, it is quickly impacted onto the cutter disc by the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the upper cutter disc. At the same time, the high-speed rotation of the lower cutter disc will also cause the material to be sheared and ground. During the entire crushing process, the material is constantly impacted, sheared and ground between the blades, and finally the desired crushing target is achieved.
