The customer supplies limestone raw materials to a large local steel plant. In order to meet the needs of calcination and desulfurization of the steel plant, the customer's original production line was too small to meet the requirements. It decided to invest in a limestone crushing production line with an output of about 1000 tons per hour. After many investigations, they chose to cooperate with Liming Heavy Industry. The production line has now entered the production stage, and its production scale ranks among the top local limestone crushing projects.

The main equipment of the project uses Liming Heavy Industry's VSI6X impact sand making machine, which has two functions of shaping and sand making. The new feeding method design makes the operation simpler.

The F5X vibrating feeder is specially designed for overweight working conditions. It can withstand 80m³ silo pressure and adapt to harsh feeding conditions such as large silo pressure, high load, and large impact.

The raw materials enter the C6X145 jaw crusher for primary crushing through the F5X1860 bar vibrating feeder, and are sent to the HST315S2 coarse crushing single cylinder cone crusher for secondary crushing through a belt conveyor, and then enter the HST315H2 fine crushing cone crusher for crushing and the S5X2760-2 vibrating screen for screening to form a closed loop. Finally, the VSI6X1263 vertical impact crusher is used for shaping and sand making, and then enters the S5X2760-3 vibrating screen for screening and grading. The finished materials are finally transported to each finished product warehouse for storage.
